T-Plasztik
Ltd. was founded on 2nd January 1993 as a Limited Liability
Company with 100% private capital and three owners. The main
scopes of activities are technical rubber production, plastic
production, and foam conversion. The location of headquarters
and premises of the company is at Tisza u. 4. in Jászladány.
The concrete production, mainly with plastic production that
time, started on 1st April 1993, with 5 manual workers and
1 managerial staff.
The rubber production began in January, 1994, with the
manufacturing of mainly components of refrigerators, and
other technical articles. Meanwhile, having taken advantage
of the business opportunities the volume increased, resulting
in claims to increase in investment and staff. The machine
stock also enlarged with hydraulic presses, a rubber mixing-mill,
and a flask-blowing machine.
In 1995 due to the widening of our product
range and the work-in-shifts another increase in the staff
number was necessary (17 persons).
Meanwhile the machine-tool park was continuously
built up and the preventive maintenance (pm) equipment were
installed
For trouble shooting and maintaining jobs. By 1996 the machine
park was fully exploited in all fields of activity, the staff
number was 22 prs.
In 1996 the Ltd. began building its own premises
with establishing a construction with the area of 830 m²
(greenfield investment). The new premises, where we can work
with modern equipments in a modern environment, were finished
by the end of 1997.
At
the beginning of 1998 production started on the new premises,
with increased number of machine-stock and employees. The
business opportunities developed further, parallel with the
volume of production. We made serious investments in machinery
in order to introduce new, modern rubber-processing technologies.
In 1999 we established a new, foam manufacturing division
– on rented premises -, where we started the processing of
various filter and other technical foams. At the same time
we established a laboratory for the examination of rubber
raw materials. We examine the materials in the respect of
quality and reliability.
In 2000 and 2001 we made significant investments: new workshops
and warehouses were built, furthermore the machine-stock was
developed.
In 2002 we made various investments in the field of foam manufacturing,
as a result now we have all necessary technology for this
activity. We established a new rubber-mixing workshop to enable
us to make rubber mixtures ourselves, which was a cost-saving
step.
In 2003 in the field logistics we developed our vehicle-stock,
furthermore a new warehouse with the area of 1250 m²
was constructed. In order to strenghten the market conditions,
T-Plasztik Ltd. purchased a new rubber injection moulding
machine, which improves our technological skills.
As a result of above investments, T-Plasztik Ltd. now has
a manufacturing complex, where every condition is given
in order to satisfy customers entirely. The technical knowledge
of our personnel and the technological level of our equipments
ensure the quality of our work. It is a crucial aspect for
us to have products with excellent quality, conforming to
the requirements of our customers. Therefore we work according
to the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 standard. Keeping the trust
of our partners, and expanding the number of our business
relationships are outstanding tasks for us.
By 2005, t-plasztik is the largest tax-payer of the local
government of jászladány, while it's in the first 10 000
nationwide.
The turnover is 7,2 million eur, the net sales increase
is almost 30%, the statistical number of employees increased
to 130

after the successfull audits we are qualified according
to iso 9001 in quality management and iso 14001 in environmental
management.
In 2005, 600 000 eur was applied to investments: Hazardous
material storage was built, a 6500 sqm area was bought,
vehicle fleet was increased, plastic (4 pcs) and rubber
(2 pcs) injection moulding machines were purchased.
By 2006, the turnover is 9,6 million eur, the net sales
increase is 33%; the statistical number of employees increased
to 160 prs and an additional 30-40 prs as an outworker team.

1,5 million eur was applied to investments & 300.000
eur unrefundable support was won from the government: 3000
sqm new plant and warehouse was raised, tools workshop was
developed, plastic (2 pcs) and rubber (5 pcs) injection
moulding machines, plus rubber-strip cooling equipment were
purchased, die-cutting machine (60 tons) was bought to the
foam plant.
